The last 30 days has been life changing because I’ve been able to build the daily habit of working out. I know I might be late to the bandwagon but working out has helped with my anxiety during this pandemic. Honestly I am so grateful for all of these you tubers for providing free home workouts! here’s my final ranking of each youtuber.
I used to lack the motivation and time to do home workouts but I’m glad I was able to kickstart my someday into day 1 of my home fitness journey.
My Fitness Routine (50 Minutes a Day)
I start with a 5-10 minute warm up with cardio
20-30 minutes of HIIT (high intensity interval training) or targeted exercises
5 minute cool down

After the 30 days, here are my take aways:
Always warm up and cool down after each workout! My favorite is linked here.
Find a fitness channel that WORKS FOR YOU! Just because a channel or video has viral videos, doesn’t mean it is the best one! Videos go viral for multiple factors.
Take pauses during the videos if you need to and water breaks! Stay hydrated my friends
Use a mirror during your workouts to check for form. You can easily injure yourself without proper form or correction from an instructor. I keep a pair of shoes that I only wear for in-door exercises.
Workout at the same time every day. I personally enjoy working out in the morning to kickstart the day rather than in the evenings.
In addition to working out, eat a clean and healthy diet. Whether you’re going gluten-free, dairy-free, or sugar free, find what works best for your lifestyle. Since I’m spending my time at home because of the pandemic, eating clean is easier than ever! I am not tempted by takeout or restaurants because I honestly rarely go out.
