Ingredients

• Ice cream (Matcha & Chip @alecsicecream)

• Peanut butter or Almond Butter
• Melted Chocolate @valrhona
• Optional toppings: Sliced fruit like strawberries, sea salt or lavender

Ingredients

• 3 cups (375 grams) all-purpose flour
• 2¼ cups (450 grams) granulated (white) sugar
• ⅓ cup brown sugar, packed (dark or light)
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 1½ teaspoons baking powder
• 1½ teaspoons salt
• 2 tablespoons cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon ground ginger
• ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
• ¼ teaspoon ground cloves
• 3 cups finely grated peeled carrot, packed
• 2 cups chopped walnuts or pecans
• 1¾ cups sweetened coconut flakes, lightly packed
• 1½ cups raisins (optional)
• 8-ounce can crushed pineapple – reserve 1.5 tablespoons of juice
• 2 tablespoons finely grated fresh orange zest (about two oranges)

Ingredients:
• 1 red bell pepper
• 1 green pepper
• 1 can corn
• 1 can pinto beans
• 3 tomatoes
• 1 can black beans

• 1 Cup Frozen Banana Slices (1 Small Banana)

• 1/2 of an Avocado
• 1 Tablespoon Collagen Peptides
• ¾ Teaspoon Blue Spirulina
• ½ Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
• ⅔ Cup Coconut Cream (chilled)

3.5 cups cooked bulgur (1 cup uncooked)
2 cups chickpeas
2 chopped persian/english cucumbers
1/2 cup chopped parsley

1/2 cup chopped pistachios
1/3 cup chopped red onion (soak in water for 10 minutes to mellow the taste)
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
