Bluestem has a Happy Hour Monday to Friday from 4-6:30pm! Maui Margarita with Casamigos Reposado, Cointreau, coconut milk and cream, lime juice, lime zest, and a salt rim. Chicken Liver Toast with pickled peaches, rosemary, and almonds. (seriously delicious with the juicy stone fruit on top) Octopus on the Plancha with with braised fingerlings, ligurian olives, orange, espelette (a pepper). Seared Swordfish with snap peas and chermoula, a marinade used in Algerian, Libyan, Moroccan and Tunisian cooking. Strawberry Tall Cake for a shortie like me :) Have you tried Bluestem?
